These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Website postal orders will be processed and sent within 2-3 working days. We will send via 1st class Royal Mail and Hermes during busy periods. Deliveries may take longer due to seasonal demand.
Use of website
This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information.
Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate at all times we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and, or up to date.

All our Chocolates do contain Milk, Soya, Wheat, Gluten and Nuts/Peanuts UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
We aim to despatch within 2/3 working days from the receipt of your order. We deliver to the address given at checkout. We can also deliver to alternative addresses, but cannot be held responsible if the address is inputted incorrectly.
If any chocolates are out of stock we will try to replace with flavours as near to as possible or contact you to discuss requirements.
Free local delivery (when available) is within 5 miles and we aim to delivery within 2/3 days unless prior arrangement.
Click & Collect orders - we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. These orders MUST be paid for before collection.
If an item you receive is damaged we will either offer a refund or replacement. This must be done within 2 days of receipt of items. Photographs will be required.
We recognise customer’s privacy and we therefore take our responsibilities to protect it very seriously. We never provide any information to any third parties.....the only thing we will only ever use your email address for is to keep you updated on an order or let you know of any special offers or new products. If you do not wish to receive these updates please get in touch and we will remove you from our mailing list.
